      In Solidarity with indigenous folk, people of colour, sole parents, pensioners, full time students and queer community this course will be offered at a substantially reduced rate. Please email for details and how to pay. Payment plans available.

      To be a teacher one would ideally be skilled in the practice of meditation. It is preferred that you have some knowledge of meditation. It is expected that you have a regular meditation practice. The course will assist you in developing a solid regular practice.

      It is hoped that the course will be delivered face to face in the future.
