Join Summer Henwood for a 5 week beginner course where she will break down poses at an easy pace in a calm and supportive environment.

 This is a perfect introduction to anybody new to yoga, who would like to gain confidence in a shared environment building their basic foundation skills at your pace.

Summer will focus on alignment in the asana (posture, safety) Pranayama (breath work) and meditation. The class will move through traditional sequences deepening experience, knowledge and connection.
