Living Mindfulness 8 week course

In this class you will learn the techniques of breath awareness meditation, walking meditation, loving kindness meditation and other techniques to help you develop your own practice.

Each week we will explore the philosophical underpinnings of mindfulness and how the 8 fold noble path of Buddhism can be applied in our everyday lives. This is not a course on Buddhism. 

 Each class will include deep relaxation and/or guided healing meditation.
