At the Meditation Space
Deepen into your practise. In this weekend retreat you will stay at home and come daily to the meditation space . Each day will be several 2 hour sessions which will include yoga , pranayama and meditation.
You will increase your understanding of the practise ,philosophy and start the year feeling fabulous. We will explore and discuss yoga as a reflective and a spiritual practise. Each person will leave with a developed personal practise to take home.
Friday 3rd January 6pm- 8pm Stretch and Yoga Nidra
Saturday 4 January Standing poses and balances 8am-10am and 2pm -4pm
Sunday 5 January Bending with the wind and personal practise 8am-10am and 2pm -4pm and
Sunday 5 January 6pm- 8pm Stretch and Meditation
With Susanne - You wont get this level of attention and explanation in a normal yoga class
Cost $120 or $25 per session (attendance at all sessions preferred to get maximum benefit)
