The Events & Classes here you will find meditation and yoga classes: online and in-person; information for one-to-one mentorship and instruction.
Teacher Training College is the home of the Meditation Teacher Training College If you are a current or prospective student, use that section of the site to access all you need to undergo your training.
Community & Services is a space where you’ll find a unique variety of services and projects from the founder Susanne Jones including community events & projects, mentorship, spiritual teaching,publications, workshops, teacher-training alumni, and a personal blog.
